Redsbaby pushchairs feature an ergonomic harness system, including a five-point buckle with a rubber easy-release press point. Redsbaby's harness system was designed to comply with the United Kingdom's pushchair safety standards (BS EN 1466:2014, BS EN 1888:2012 and BS5852), which require :
- The crotch strap be secured on the seat at a certain distance from the backrest;
- The harness waist straps be secured from the seat backrest and not come from the sides of the seat or pushchair; and the shoulder straps be adjustable at specific heights on the seat backrest depending on the weight limit the pushchair is tested to comply with.
All of these requirements ensure that your pushchair harness securely hugs your baby around the waist, from the front (crotch) and above their shoulders so they cannot wiggle out of the harness.
