When your order is completed it will show on your order confirmation email and profile as “Awaiting Fulfillment”. You will then have 3 working days should you want to change any details in your order. Please contact our Customer Care team to make any changes. Once your order has changed to “Reserved for Shipment” we are unable to make any amends to your order including any changes to shipping address or applying a discount. Any cancelling of orders may attract a service fee.
